Apply Speech Therapy to Chinese Lesson

Overview

The speakers will share how the speech therapists collaborate with Chinese teachers in the lessons. The speech therapist provides suggestions for language learning strategies (e.g. visual cues) based on the language difficulty of the students with language disorders to let them apply the language learning strategies for learning. The Chinese teacher will use the unique teaching strategy referred by the ST, who helps the students overcome the difficulties in writing, particularly for the portrayal and argumentative essays.
