Empowering Students for HKDSE Speaking Assessment with 3-dimensional Teaching and Learning Model

Overview

The open lesson aims at empowering students in handling speaking papers in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) by using 3D teaching and a learning model. Students learn and build up confidence for the group interaction by participating in a series of think-pair-share activities and reflecting on their performance based on the rubrics of HKDSE Paper 4 (Speaking).

Participants of this open lesson will get a taste of how think-pair-share empowers students, especially in the ideas generating and reflecting process.
