The Diversity of Learning Styles - How to Coach Kids with Different Styles of Learning

Have you met with acts of disobedience or displeasure as shown by your students at school? Have you ever thought that they all are originated from the differences in learning styles?

Learning styles are based on childhood learning experiences, families, education and social culture. At the same time, through long-term close communication with teachers, parents and carers and mutual learning process, a uniquely personal style that is lasting, stable and adaptive would take shape in due course. Learning styles can be categorised into four types, namely Adventurous, Conceptual, Practical and Social. How can students cope with differences when meeting people of other types? For example, how can the Adventurous hit it off well with the Conceptual, the Practical with the Social, and the like?

This seminar aims to let everyone understand the learning styles of students and their own so as to find a much-needed way to get along with one another.
