Curate a better Metaverse in Education

Overview

The concept of ‘Metaverse’ is rapidly integrating into our lives, and children are also exposed to many digital technologies related to the ‘Metaverse’. The concept of the ‘Metaverse' is an 'immersive experience’, as if humans have created one more ‘virtual reality’, breaking the limitations of time and space. In this virtual world, people can communicate, play virtual games, use virtual currency to shop and interact with people from all over the world.

Through different experimental lessons and data collection, this school redesigns the school-based ‘Metaverse Education Curriculum’, which is divided into three parts:
1. Metaverse Education Fundamental Course: To learn the basic operation skills of Metaverse education, and to enhance students' awareness of ‘Metaverse Digital Literacy’;
2. Metaverse Education Self-Learning Course: Students use different applications for group or individual study; and
3. Metaverse Art Course: Develop students' creative abilities in visual arts and music, and display their works on the NFT network platform.
