Promoting Positive Parenting Using an APP: Parent Edu Level Up

More and more parents recognise the importance of parent education. However, in a fast-paced city like Hong Kong, where everything is supposed to be agile, glamorous, and practical, parents are looking for quick and easy ways to learn evidence-based parenting skills. Is it even possible?

‘Parent Edu Level Up’ is an app developed by The Education University of Hong Kong. Parents can learn how to build positive relationships with their children, help their children learn, and manage their children’s negative behaviours though the built-in parent education materials, including brief articles, reality videos, educational animations, audio books, and self-assessment tools.

In this seminar, the speaker will introduce this app and use it to illustrate different positive parenting methods.
