Overview

Pronunciation is a difficult part in learning English. Students struggle a lot with pronunciation. Hence, they are reluctant and not confident to speak in English. Using "Reading Progress" in Teams, our school tries to invite our students to practise reading with ‘Reading Progress’ before English lesson. Teachers then design the lesson based on students' reading performance with the aid of AI estimation. ‘Reading Progress‘ on Teams has effectively achieved assessment for learning. Students look forward to receiving the feedback in English lessons after their submission of audio recordings. Using AI estimation in Reading Progress, teachers can reduce the time of assessing students' reading performance. Students read and speak in English more confidently.
